TextBack is a missed-call text-back service for local businesses, operated by LINEA HOLDINGS, a limited liability company registered in Puerto Rico (San Juan, Puerto Rico). When a call to a business that uses TextBack goes unanswered, the caller hears a short recorded notice and can press 1 to get one text from TextBack (LINEA HOLDINGS) about their call to that business.
